Legal protection
Senior legal oversight on contracts, terms and compliance — so your purchase is enforceable, not just agreed.
Fidelis Brokerage was founded in Egypt by a technical leader and a senior legal expert — two disciplines, one promise: deals that are engineered correctly and protected completely.
Fidelis was born from a simple observation: European industry needs reliable access to technology and materials, and some of the world's best manufacturers of UAV components and drone platforms sit in Europe and China — but the distance between buyer and maker is where risk, cost and delay live.
Elhassan Abdou and Mohamed Habib established the company in Egypt to close that distance. Egypt stands geographically in the middle of the world and neutral between the global power poles — a position that lets Fidelis work credibly with all sides of a transaction, whatever the origin or destination.
From that base, the company grew in two directions. Outward, we broker UAV and drone spare parts and complete systems from several manufacturers in Europe and China to buyers worldwide. Inward, our deep connections across Africa and Asia help us find parties in need of raw and primitive materials — opening supply routes that benefit manufacturers in return.
The name says the standard. "Fidelis" means faithful — faithful to specifications, to contracts, and to the long-term interests of the clients we represent. That is why technical diligence and legal rigour sit at the centre of everything we broker.
One founder makes sure the deal is technically right. The other makes sure it is legally safe. Clients get both.
Elhassan Abdou is a co-founder and the COO of Fidelis Brokerage, where he leads the company's technical consultation practice. He earned a master's degree in Computational Science from Uppsala University and excels at translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Before founding Fidelis, Elhassan founded Medly, a software consultancy in Belgium. Medly supported companies across various fields — including flight simulation used to train air-force pilots — and supported Barco in developing displays for tanks deployed by NATO. That experience gave him a rare vantage point: high-reliability systems where technical decisions carry real consequences.
He and Mohamed established Fidelis Brokerage in Egypt to support the technology industry's demand in Europe for software and raw materials supply — and the company has grown into a specialist broker for UAV and drone parts and platforms.
“A good broker does not just find a supplier. He understands exactly what the client is trying to achieve — and specifies the deal so the technology delivers it.”
